Transition 2012 For Primary Headteachers
Transition information forms for pupils transferring to Mossbourne in September 2012 need to be filled in and paper copies returned by the 1st of June.
These forms have been sent to your school.
Spare copies can be downloaded here or can be ordered by e-mailing transition@mossbourne.hackney.sch.uk
Please ensure that you have completed the correct form, STANDARD or SEN
Important Dates:
Thursday 5th July 2012– Transition day for all pupils transferring to Mossbourne. On the evening of the same day, there will be a transition evening for parents and carers of the new students.
