" In 2011 83% of our students obtained grade A*-C in A2,
7 achieved places in Cambridge and all except 5 students gained a place at university."
Our aim is to foster a dynamic and supportive community in which each student is encouraged to pursue a wide range of academic, cultural and leisure interests. We help students strive for standards of excellence in achieving their best, and to develop a sense of intellectual independence and social and moral responsibility
in preparation for the roles which they will play in the wider society of the 21st Century.
As a developing Sixth Form we are ambitious to extend opportunities for sharing in a rich curriculum for the benefit of the community. To accomplish this, we will provide the highest standards of effective and innovative teaching and independent learning, whilst promoting mutual respect and a culture of inquiry leading to interest in post- 18 education and life-long learning.
